Japanese are known for taking too much time in infra projects which is reflected in the Jakarta MRT project phase 1. The Jakarta local government is now looking for alternatives for the phase 2. Lets see if Japan will still be working on the project.

The group 7 wants to invest the giant sum of $600 billion until 2027 in global infrastructure. That is understood as counter move against China silkroad.

China has trillions to invest and can build infrastructure 5X less expensive and 30X faster than any G7 country. This is hardly a threat.
