Mechatronics is relatively new field in Pakistan. It needs time to grow and prosper. Only few institutions are offering courses in mechatronics engineering. What i have seen in recent years that the standard of robotics or mechatronics engineering is relatively low. Apart from universities like NUST CASE AIR. Programming skills are also very weak.

Only 60 uni are working for Robotics and we have many universities and more then 100 university is alone in my city Karachi.

More than 100 in one city? You must be lumping tech schools like air-conditioning or automotive in with them.
