What's new

6 Terrorists killed in Balochistan during OP

. .
6 of them dispatched in one area. There are more of their casualties. Even terrorist accounts confirmed 14. Actually, ISPR will be sharing details of separate operations. Conclusively, at-least 16 are dispatched while the hunt continues. Not just that but Pakistan Army pounded TTP bases in Kunar province of Afghanistan. Full fledge.

On other hand, Amarullah Saleh is advocating people to leave Panjshir since TTP & Co is preparing for fight against Taliban. They are losing now. I am sure Taliban is already preparing for them. One less terrorist.
What is the source of this news that the Afghan Taliban are preparing to fight TTP? As per reports on Twitter, the Afghan Taliban are trying to open other fronts in response to the artillery strikes in Kunar.

There's always at least one person in every thread like this that says something like

"Message was conveyed perfectly."

"There's nowhere for them to run, it's over now"

"We are always one step ahead"

Or some other hype shit, and then a week later we hear there is an attack with multiple martyred soldiers and everyone is back to thrashing Bajwa for being incompetent...
Bullseye!

People do not want to hear this right now, though. Everyone wants to believe that a tipping point arrived and now the situation would move towards normalcy. It is a vicious cycle. Until the structural issues are not taken care of, any large attack is a matter of time only.

.
This is what will win the war, the "Field" Officers have been calling for a "terrorise the terrorist" strategy, and to no longer have a static isolated post strategy where these monkeys can come and hit.

Obviously the towns and cities have to be garrisoned and also the border, but all other static posts to a minimum. If this strategy is followed in full, we can break the back of this insurgency in 2 years.

This!!!!!

Just checked his twitter ID

He used to tag Major Gaurav Arya in various attack videos that he used to share on his twitter account

He chose a path that lead to his life being wasted. It was his own choice

Yes the marxist ideology that made him a terrorist should be crushed by the state. Whether that marxist is from Balochistan or Punjab

Terrorise the terrorist ?

So they are thinking to get rid of posts and use the manpower to attack terrorists ?

So how does one reach the conclusion from this that it is preparing to fight Afghan Taliban?

However, for successful execution of this tactic either good old effective and precise human intelligence would be required or over the horizon surveillance. Proactiveness requires either one or both for decisive action and "terrorizing the terrorists" by restricting their movement and not giving them a moment to rest (as Ejaz Haider noted in his recent piece).

We need to go after terrorist recruiting bases as well like the professors teaching Marxist ideologies in our universities. We also need to combat poverty and unemployment in Balochistan so people don’t turn to terrorism in the first place.
Finishing an insurgency with force is only temporary. To kill it completely you have to fix the conditions of the people and tackle the ideology of the terrorist and counter their ideology with your ideology.
We broke the back of ttp insurgency after Zarb e Azb. 6 years later we today see a resurgence in ttp with evolved tactics.
The real people who’s backs we need to break isn’t the insurgents, rather it’s our corrupt politicians, corrupt judiciary, corrupt police, anti state propagandists and our real enemy india. If we break the back of these more powerful enemies then insurgencies will automatically cease to exists and terrorists would be surrendering in the hundreds.

One way to break the backs of terrorists while tackling unemployment and poverty is:

It is their leaders/sardars that need to be neutralized. Fodder like this is plenty. What needs to be taken out are the leaders.

The intelligence got wind of the ambush and inturn the ambush was turned into a trap

I like the fact that BRA and BLF should be called Indian Terrorist Organizations. They should not be described in any other way both officially and unofficially. These are Indian Terrorist Orgs. Pure and simple.

Only and best solution, 20 miles inside Afghanistan turned into the buffer zone. Pakistan biggest issue is not having attack helicopters and very limited use of UAV on border crossing or porous mountain ranges, which is not possible to guard by foot soldiers.
