So we have/had Law enforcement throughout the history, especially in 1972-77? or 1988-1999? or 2008-Today? Face it, our Law Constitution in the country is way too weak, which allows criminals, terrorists, murders to set free, and those like zia who were giving justice on the spot are said to be bad.
