Most of them are form Bihar/UP , almost 90% with surname kumar
So they reached bihar and instead of reporting they went to visit home. But according to the order they were to report on 5th. I don't think they have done so much wrong...

This is paramilitary force , they need permission from superior officers for such action and will be handed suitable punishment when they report back.

They may be from different parts of the country, how could they visit home in just two days
Look at their names buddy... Most of them belong to UP and getting back to reporting stations from there would be a matter of a few hours of train journey.

They are supposed to report to Gaya, Bihar.... and they got down at Mughalsarai that is 2.5 hrs train journey from Gaya their reporting station.

Fifty-nine CRPF trainee commandos reported missing by the media had gone to their homes without permission, the paramilitary force said on Monday.

The commandos of the counter-Maoist squad CoBRA were to board the Jammu to Gaya Sealdah Express on February 5. After completing six-month training in Srinagar, they were to report for duty in the Left Wing Extremism-hit theatre of Bihar as part of their first deployment.

But due to inclement weather and road blockade, they were sent to Jammu on February 1.

“Since they were early as per their scheduled programme, they decided on their own to avail Saturday and Sunday to visit their home without prior permission from competent authority,” the BSF said in a statement.

With no whereabouts of the 59 trainee commandos, it was reported that the Commando Battalion for Resolute Action (CoBRA) commandoes had gone missing on Sunday at the Mughalsarai station.

Officials had said the jawans, not armed, also did not inform their contingent commander on board the train as they made their daring escape bid in the night.

The utter disregard to rules by these constables is “misconduct for which they will be dealt departmentally”, said the BSF in the statement.

“A full Inquiry has been ordered by the force headquarters in Delhi. The trainers and the havildar who was accompanying these commandos have got in touch with some of those who vanished from the train without informing seniors. Some have promised to report by tomorrow,” senior officials had earlier told PTI.

What I find amazing is Indians are defending this. How on earth do you defend lack of discipline.

Gosh just give the poor girls....I mean Gays going to Gaya some food.

No wonder Muslims ruled India for almost a thousand years and then took Pakistan from them. Stupid people in fancy dress can't fight
