I was only correcting the misinformation. And I tend to agree with your hypothesis that at most 1 embassy and 1 consulate should suffice for Afghanistan given the Indian population there. Are Indian workers/engineers working there in building roads? Also, am not aware of Afghanistan's geography but I doubt all of these consulates would be near the Pak border. Feel free to correct me.

Well Kulbhushan Yadav came from Iran. And as far as Turkamanistan is concerned during the Battle of Kunduz in Afghanistan, foreign Islamist militants of Uyghur, Chechen, Rohingya, Kyrgyz, Tajik, and Uzbek ethnicity joined the Taliban in their attack. And The ETIM (East Turkestan Islamic Movement) is said to be allied with the Pakistani Taliban formerly based in Waziristan and responsible for killings of hundreds of Pakistanis.

54 Agencies I am more than sure from USA we would have CIA and DIA and NSA and few other agencies active here in Pakistan. From India both IB and RAW are active here than from UK MI-6 and Israel its MOSSAD and others than Australian and other agencies
