Guarantee you that China and Russia is not part of this list. The only 2 countries that have an independent foreign policy.

The report released by the Open Society Justice Initiative claims that the Sri Lankan government of 2003 under the Presidency of Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga permitted the use of its airspace and airports for flights operated for the CIA’s extraordinary rendition programme.

Therefore Sri Lanka was named along with 53 other countries that either hosted secret prisons or helped transport or torture terrorist suspects as part of the CIA’s torture programme.

Regarding Sri Lanka the report read:

“Sri Lanka permitted use of its airspace and airports for flights associated with CIA extraordinary rendition operations. Court documents indicate that at least one flight operated by Richmor Aviation
(a company that operated flights for the CIA’s extraordinary rendition program) landed in Sri Lanka in 2003. The documents show that between August 12 and 15, 2003, a Richmor flight registered as N85VM took off from Washington, D.C., and stopped in Bangkok before making another stop at Sri Lanka’s Bandaranaike international airport in Colombo, and then flying on to Kabul, Dubai, and Shannon airport in Ireland. That flight coincided in time with the capture of Riduan Isamuddin (Hambali) in Bangkok in 2003. Isamuddin spent the next three years in secret CIA prisons before ultimately being transferred as a “high value detainee” to Guantánamo Bay in September 2006, where he remains detained. There have been no known judicial cases or investigations in Sri Lanka relating to its participation in CIA secret detention and extraordinary rendition operations.”

So you're calling Prime Minister Manmohan Singh a terrorist? What were you smoking when you wrote this piece of sh!t? Try Afghan weed next time instead of the adulterated American stuff you get there.

The US of A is the biggest violator of human rights. Period! Do you even know how many innocent men, women and children you guys have killed since the whacking you got in Vietnam? Have you forgotten 'Op Shock and Awe' that you unleashed in Iraq? Have you forgotten the thousands of drone strikes in Pakistan since the last decade? How many children have you killed there with impunity? Just a statistic for you Yankees.

Keep your nutty cowboy comments to yourself. They don't cut any ice here. Your post reflects the haughty, arrogant American attitude towards the world. You're a nation in decline. So just shut the heck up!

In Americano language such casualties are called as collateral damage....... i don't think they care about such deaths of innocent families and kids.... they are ready to kill innocent people for 1 terrorist as long it can be justified.

I guess Iran doesn't have an independent foreign policy then

curiously, some suspects which Pakistan handed over on terrorism charges made their way to Guantanamo Bay --only to be released and then immediately attack Pakistani targets subsequent to their release (which raises many suspicions in my mind)
