a lot of my female docter collegues even having higher grades than boys used to freak out in icu/er and male docters remained clear sighted enough to do what was necessary to save the life... so management under pressure/ fear of blood/ fear to die/ fear to fail in task... leads to doubts... this cant be in a professional person.

it doesnt mean that all female docs are like trhat.... but majority yes... go to medicine/ radiology cuz they cant bloom in prussure or cant take pressure on day to day basis..... so they dont go in demanding field.. creating a vaccum as 70% of med school seats are occupied by them.

yes i agree with you on daughter not to be sent on missions where they could get captured.

This has a lot to do with how these women have been raised. I dont want a female who cant fly a plane do the job. I would want a female pilot who understands the risks she takes in flying a plane provided she is really good at what she does. You cannot enforce your beliefs and sentiments on the entire population, however correct you might feel it is.

Nop my field changed and now I am more than satisfied with my career as now I am in the same role as that of army but as bit different in approach guarding the national wealth instead of boundaries

why are indian being so jumpy !! shouldnt they look at there own air force ist there ist female navigtor was inducted in 2009 no fighter pilots what so ever not even in training at least pakistan trained and inducted 2 ..they left its not Pafs fault to Paf is not a dream fullfilling factory nor a flying club its a defence institution has to act like one !!

and tell you what, if you can do so, it will be a job even more beneficial then a militaryman can render to the country!

The problems and suggestions raised by different members have its worth. Everybody has his own point of view and he/she can express it. Well my point of view about my question is; an equal chance should be given to the females as males have. I have some answers for some questions.

What if a group of fighters is going on a trip and there they faced an accident. Then who knows how many of them are still fit for fighter plans after that accident? Except Allah Almighty. Then what will be done to the cost that PAF spend upon them?

I mean who can say that he/ she will live for the next 25 o 35 years?

Passion and courage makes forces and strongen the defense, and it is inversely proportional to the money. Money is a factor and part, not heart.

What about the daughter of our country named “Dr. Afia Siddique”? We are fighting against terrorism having our daughter may be in Guantanmo Bay?
