Cross border infiltration into Jammu and Kashmir is on the rise with militants making 433 such attempts this year, nearly 90 more than last year.

Looks like Pakistan has lost faith in native insurgency...so they are resorting to push as many Pakistani terrorists into the state....

May be they know that their so called freedom movement will die out soon ...so they want to thrust maximum damage to India ....:pop:

Reminds me of dying days of Khalistan movement....a lot of Pakistanis were being pushed across the border...as the local insurgency was dying out.....:yes2:

This is not the same thing dude.
I hate to be the the bearer of Bad news but.

As it stands today, Kashmir Muslims are more fundamental and Less secular then they were say back in 1989.

Its said best that the battle for Kashmir has always been Secular vs fundamental.

Years of conflict in the region has pushed people to have more fundamental beliefs. India has failed the people by not providing them a secure existence.

The only difference today is that The militants of yesterday are the politicians of tomorrow.
But these guys are old now, they realsie that taking up the

fundamentalist cause only bred more violence and made things worse for them. In a way they leaned their lesson. But there is a new generation of Kashmir people who don't know this lesson. And whilst for now they are waiting in the wings supporting the new Kashmir Political movements.

They will only do so if there is real political change in the region.
We need to make feel as safe and secure as the rest of India,
Only when people can get on with their lives will there ever be a peaceful Kashmir valley.
