Dude, I dont like millions of Rangpuri coming to my hometown and spread dieseases. Nobody likes. Same goes for Rangpur, they wont accept millions of Chakmas going there and alter the demographics. Its natural regardless how many years they been living there.

They are not against natural migration. Just listen to the tribal leaders. But mass scale migration as well as ousting the natives are objectionable.

NObody will object you if you want to buy a piece of land and want to live there individually.

Its best, if you make contacts to any local before you visit anywhere in Bangldesh. Its just not safe. That is what I do. I never go to unknown places and roam around.

Well, there are travel agents who do offer tour packages to Banderbhand. Along with all the transport facilities, including air fare. You can contact them. But seats are very limited.

Foreigners no matter what always need protection while visiting those areas. SOP.
