These self immolation is getting very serious. With knowing much about the situations there I'm not going say who is right and who is wrong. Nevertheless China must take this as her first priority and take steps to solve the problem before it gets out of control.

There has to be some kind of gives and takes and, perhaps, initiate a dialogue with the Dalai Lama will only shows China's maturity as a great nation who care genuinely about her people.

These self-immolations are almost always by very young adult monks, in the same fashion that suicide bombers are almost always very young adults. Both are totally brainwashed, what a tragic waste of life. China should enforce stricter surveillance of all monasteries and ban the enlistment of monks before the age of 17. These poor kids should be given the chance at a good education before being brainwashed by these evil monks telling them to burn themselves to death. The fact that these monsters get young kids to kill themselves instead of themselves says it all.

Hell no. Dalai Lama is 77. We can wait him out

Death of current Dalai Lama will not end the problems. It will continue through proxies from Dharamsala and the American state department. If it wasn't for support from the US and India, the Dalai Lama would have been a non-factor decades ago.
