But Can you ignore the substantial amount of US aid in Pak annual budget ?
In every natural calamities and other problems US will be in front for helping Pakistan or its citizens be it drought or in flood etc.

Pakistan is getting what she has to recoup for the disbursements arising from Pakistan's participation in WOT and being a non-NATO ally. The amount which is promised, even that is not delivered in a proper manner and that paltry is even less than peanuts insofar as Pakistan's expenditure is concerned. So such aid is basically an eye wash.

After each and every bailout ,ti is not that smooth in Pakistan.One who dream about a poor India is indeed dumb.If we can reduce poverty of India from 99%(1947) to 22% (2014).we can also reduce that 22% in to 2 % withthin 2 decades.
