Every war in the region was imposed directly by India's forward policy. This is simple deduction by looking at your internal political history and your foreign affairs.

Everybody wants peace in the region. Afghanistan is therefore a priority for the whole world including your country.

If you are so concerned about their welfare, offer them an opportunity to move to the other side of Kashmir and become Pakistani citizens - let's see how many bother to agree.

Concern for their welfare is precisely why they should not be uprooted from their native lands and homes, and they should be allowed to choose between Indian or Pakistani rule, with only the border being shifted.
