This is not the duty of DHA holders.. Sickness has no limits and no cure..stop expecting every thing from DHA and start blaming those who are responsible ie your civil servants living like kings and doing nothing in this poor country.
That’s not entirely true - DHA has so many phases it goes through and they are never ending so they cannot all be blamed. For e.g. DHA Phase-II ext is no better than Lyari.
They are musalman bradran required to populate the once desolate and empty streets of Islamabad. Where there used to be utter silence and owls in now there is a Afghani/Madaris metropolis particpating in legendary Pakistani hospitality by providing bed and breakfast for such elements .

U know what, I already mentioned sickness has no cure.. But if it had some effect, till the time u don't hold responsible the hierarchy which has to correct it this country is going no where.. Merely holding DHA responsible is not going to make the things right.. OK per say DHA is responsible,then al question is, have u seen any politician with vision and ur top beaurucracy working day and night.. Is your AC and DC accessible to poor people..
