The warships in the drill are not our best warships，I think the navy has plan B，if the USA dare to attack us，we will leave them in the SCS forever. No country has the capability to defeat us under our massive missles range，a war is OK for China，we donot engage in war after 1988，our many neibours HAVE FORGOTTEN our red milittary，we can give them lessons if needed.
Our military budget just 1.5% of the GDP compared to the USA 4%，if we increase to 2.5%，there will be 275billion dollars，we will buy more planes，more warships and more nuclear weapons，a game with USA will make us more and more powerful，I wish to see that happen.

I didn't say U.S-China War in SCS, the potential war prepare for other ... of course if U.S Navy attack China ship/ aircraft / island first, China will response ... such response not only in SCS i do think also will at Taiwan Strait.

These PLAN 100+ warships and many PLAAF fighters/bombers drill in SCS, BeiJing just wanna tell the foreign "China not afraid War" ... i believe say less and do more, if put 30x type052D DDGs and 30x type09IIIB nuclear attack subs in there, nobody willing disturb China.
