3 NATO containers burnt in Mastung, Balochistan

from: Nato supplies via Torkham resumes after 12 day hiatus - geo.tv

PESHAWAR: NATO supplies en-route Torkham in Khayber Agency have resumed after 12 days break on Saturday, Geo News reported

A convoy of seven containers arriving Jamrud were given customs clearance at Torkham border. Stern security arrangements were made on this occasion.

Security sources said that the containers would be allowed to proceed to Afghanistan after customs clearance.

It may be recalled that following the attack by the extremists on NATO supplies near Jamrud Bazar twelve days ago, it was suspended on security concerns.

I cannot understand a logic, Many Pakistan people hate Americans, I don't know why they think F-16 as a national pride of Pakistan?

.
Not only does this not hurt NATO, but underlines the point when NATO says Pakistan cannot control their own territory.

Agreed. 1000s of tankers go through Pakistan. And the loss of 3 is not going to make a dent.

But I'd urge you to quit doing this blame game. NATO tankers are also burnt and attacked within Afghanistan.

It is no time to do this petty bickering. Stakes are too high for both Americans and Pakistanis. Talib vermin will do this occasional misdeed. Time to condemn Taliban and not paint the whole USA or whole Pakistan in the bad light. We are in it together and will remain so for a long time to come.

Yup, you can't control Kunar or pretty much <50% Afghanistan either!

those who live in glass houses dont throw stones at others, nato cant control afghanistan, stop blaming others

I don't think the supply lines through Pakistan will be shutting down anytime soon.

The 180 million Pakistanis are the ones who elected the present parliament who have decided the new MoU on their behalf and in the best interest of the nation as they see fit.

Please remember this lesson for the next elections.

pakistanis have been fooled, pakistanis didnt vote for zardari and nor NRO

btw americans who voted for obama demanded end of WOT, obama also got nobel prize didnt he :azn:

talk about your own country and speak garbage later

poor americans fooled to elect blacks in white house in hope of changing their economic worse situation

.....

Comeon man! That's a pathetic excuse.

Pakistanis voted for PPP and its allies. In Pakistani system, the party that forms the government chooses PM and Prez.

And again by voting in the elections for PPP we as a nation endorsed NRO. Without NRO PPP and many other leaders would be sitting outside Pakistan.

Comeon man! That's a pathetic excuse

reading few words and ignoring other words speaks about your agenda

NRO gives more power to the president than to the prime minister, people chose demoxrazy because the old system will be restored, but zardari who wasnt chosen by pakistanis came to become the president and still became the most powerful person NOT elected by pakistanis

if you dont have peanut brains stop your narrow mindedness indian and think broadly

The point I am making is that the US electorate will remember all the pluses and minuses of the record of Obama's time in office and vote accordingly, and that the voters in Pakistani should also remember that lesson. That is all.

Very true.

We are divided along religious and ethnic lines and thus end up pushing more anarchy, more deaths, and more chaos in our neighborhood.

In Afghanistan. NATO has posted 100,000 troops there. Why could not be these troops from Pakistan, Iran and Turkey? We could have stabilized Afghanistan long long time ago.

Same thing with Syria, same thing with Libya, same thing with Yemen, same thing with Somalia and the list goes on and on.

Guess what? there is something called Karma.

What you do to others, will be done to you as well.

Learn from Pakistani example. We destabilized Afghanistan (others did it too, but it is futile to point fingers) . And the result was? Our tribal areas are fully unstable. Thus impacting not only tribal areas, but the settled areas from Islamabad to Lhore to Karachi. Karma got to us.

it is time for us all to end our pettiness and see the big picture and so something for the humanity.

peace.

Technically you can say that with afghanistan opposing us as a country in 1947, trying to invade us in the 1960's and 1950's, and not recognizing the border even now led to Pakistan being involved in afghanistan (though it was a bad decision on Pakistans part and we should have just stayed out)

What you say Sir, is largely true (few exceptions).

But remember, What Afghans did or what they do now is going to be their Karma. If they are in deep $hite, well karma got to them. Let them worry about their Karma, and let us worry about ours.

No finger pointing please.
