It would take India another half decade before RAFALEs are inducted in IAF while FGFA is just a paper plane.

True but look at what China is doing with Type-052C, Type-052D and now the monster Type-055. Only a matter of time before this frigate is available for export

BD needs a very powerful and advanced frigate and Type-054C is perfect for this role. With it's powerful radar and 48-cell VLS that can quad-pack medium-range SAMs, it will be equal of any ship in the Indian Navy.
