I agree with you on Biharis part and our shameless govt have not done anything for them but at the same time it is not related and this nothing to do with that as govt did not take away some money allocated for Biharis and diverted to Afghans.. scholarship for three thousand students may not be a big amount of money for Pakistan but it can go a long way in developing goodwill between the people.
Biharis do not need scholarships, they need settlement in Pakistan..they are around 1 million. They should be brought into Pakistan in a planned way and settled in a city with sufficient jobs and other facilities..if any of our govts was sincere, they should have done that but all the idiots who ruled Pakistan especially Zia, BB and NS and PM..didn't do anything...nor did any human rights activists raised this issue... They all have been very silent on the issue while our brothers are suffering the worst atrocities just because they love Pakistan.

Bhai Jan , do you think that its the layman afghan which is lethal to Pakistani interests in the long run or the one who's studying in our institutions at the expense of Pak tax payers?

Who in all probability would take asylum in some nato country afterwards---- only to obstruct anything positive for our state , whenever he gets a chance . I say spend this amount on the idp's . Afghans are currently hosting the whole civilized world , why don't they take the lead ? I mean seriously 3000 students in one dang year !

Good step, remember current political tention is temporary. In the long run Pakistan-Afghanistan will have good relations, same can't be said of Pak-India. If Kashmir issue is resolved tomorrow relations between Pak-Ind at best will be of indiferrence even if not hostile for obvious reasons.
