Outside Sindh there is no ideological politics hence electable are brought or change sides. In Sindh too its mostly because of muhajir vs sindhi conflict which both PPP and MQM is responsible for and take advantage of to get votes no matter how bad the do in governance. You may say Karachi didn't vote for MQM in mass in 2018 but its demographics are changing and muhajirs are no longer absolute majority.
