ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Air Force on Wednesday said its response to any "misadventure by the adversary" would be stronger than before as it decided to mark its retaliatory action on February 27 against the Indian air strikes on the Balakot terror camp as 'Operation Swift Retort'.

Tensions between India and Pakistan escalated after the February 14 attack by a Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) suicide bomber in Pulwama that killed 40 CRPF soldiers. Amid mounting outrage, the Indian Ai ..

The next day, the PAF retaliated and downed a MiG-21 in an aerial combat and captured IAF Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was later released and handed over to India on March 1.

"The PAF's response on 27th February against the enemy aggression will be remembered in history as 'Operation Swift Retort'," Chief of the Air Staff Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan said here.

In case of any "misadventure by the adversary", the response of the PAF would be "even stronger than before" ..

2. Buzdar (Confirmed by Kaiser tufail Sb in his congrats to No.9 Sqn within 2 x days of battle)

4. Azkar (His name i heard i dont know who is he?)

Noman is on F16 for sure but not in Aggressors.

The aircraft he flew on 27th had markings of 'Aggressor" sqn of PAF for sure. Or this is atleast what pilots have told me who operate in n out of Mushaf. I have seen the aircraft myself and I also took some pictures of that beast armed with 4 x AIM-120C-5 on stations 1,3,7,9 and AIM-9M Sidewinder on stations 3,8.

I will release those photos after sometime once things die down.

Maybe he got posted to No. 29 but last time I checked he was with No. 5.I even have a few gopro pictures of him in Blk 52 and No. 5 patch.I'll confirm.
