25m children out of school in Pakistan

This is really bad, education should be the main priority for every country in the world, unfortunately our leaders are busy bashing each other rather thn focusing on real problems.

Main problem is the low education budget and lack of funds.

I know where you're going with this... why the education budget is compared with defence budget alone?

What about the figures below;

Benazir Income Support Budget is 72 Billions
Presidential Palace budget for the year is 6 Billions
The Education budget is only 4.1 Billions

Why do we have to take on defence alone? Isn't there anyone to question why that handsome amount of budget is being spent for political gains and to serve the Majesty living in President palace?

I got this on a Pakistan website with the same title. If the education budget is even lower than Presidential Place budget, then priorities in Pakistan are too wrong.

something is not right in this report. facts may be twisted. have they included students in madrassas? they are not exactly illiterate. they can surely read and write. and I remember reading a post by Riaz Haq sahib that Pakistan's youth literacy rate/ students in school is higher than India; something in the range of 90%.
