What exactly do you want them to be educated on?

I think what is being referred to is not your traditional education taught in schools, but civic awareness, etiquette, hygiene etc. These are things that women in the household will pass on to every child, especially in conservative societies like Pakistan where women are expected to be primarily responsible for raising children.

Guys please don't give a single shi*** to these news, yesterday I was going to famous car market in Peshawar and believe me it was very pleasant surprise, people were having calm and AC ride, they were extremely polite and it just amazed me when I traveled from ring road to Shoba Bazar with in 10 minutes with my own car (where before BRT this was the hell rushed route of 45 minutes). For the very first time I didn't see any single those old junk outdated route busses of 1970s.... It was extremely pleasant surprise to watch.

This was just happened on first and second day where people are generally crazy on the occasion of independence day.... Rest I saw everything with my own eyes and people were just calm and happy.... Overall public transportation reduced over the roads by huge margins.
