Amazed to see behavior of PTI followers. Anyone who criticise them they blame them as noora supporters, something noora suppprters used to do. Ive come to the conclusion PTI is no different than pmln or ppp and even their supporters have morphed into the same mental league. What a pity.

My comment was abt the brain dead PTI supporters, of which i used to be one. Example is here how u think im against pemra action while in reality i never even mentioned pemra or the news channel.
Now pemra is the one which has been silent, letting channels break rules, ofcourse these rich channels are making pemra officials rich too. Every other day on twitter there is hashtag abt how oemra is sikent on fake news, vulgarity and cultural issues. This one ban due to govt pressure doznt make pemra upholder of the law. Infact pemra needs to be overhauled and those filling their pockets punished.

It is a simple matter of non compliance of a license matter. Najam Sethi can move to any other channel in less than a day. Even a stupid can get that closing a complete channel will not effect an anchor as old as najam sethi.

By the way name me one anchor who is currently not talking against PTI?

If Geo news is open whose channel whole agenda is to demean PTI and Imran Khan and military than what good it will be to close 24 news?

Channel 24 also host arguments, which does not tow Iran's regional agenda.
They are punished by Iran.

Not only PEMRA but all the government institutes and autonomous bodies need overhaul.

Furthermore, current action is due to license issue which is one of the most controlled area of any regulatory body. Your suggestion that it was done on the basis of government pressure seems absurd. Think it like that if medical board suspense license of a BDS doctor who was running a physician clinic and rather than supporting medical board you start complaining that they are targeting physicians.

Lets stop making everything political and call spade a spade.
