There is a reason why Pakistani passport is one of the hardest to travel on. I think that should answer about who cares.

back in 2009 i saw an official at Ataturk International airport angrily throw an indian passport on the ground b/c the guy was trying to leave the airport in an unauthorized fashion

if i were you i wouldnt act as if your passport is a carte blanche anywhere either!
