20 Places You Need To Visit In India With Your Best Friend

Yup ! I am at ease with Kids . I enjoy their company but my parents get angry when I am with Kids .
Abusive environment , Yes but at a small small level .
I am studying for a Job in Bank .

:o:I will be rejected by the society , if I do jobs like that .

You unhealthy association with kids will lead you to Pedophilia. It is inevitable given your background. Your parents are right this time, you HAVE TO learn to make friends with people your own age or older.

Currently YOU have rejected society because of your inability to deal with it. So unless you learn to deal with it and deal with your own Shame and Social pressure, you will ALWAYS be a prisoner of your own mind and in your own house.

Unless you break this pattern you will never be able to find acceptance in society. The reality is you seek societies approval because you are unable to give yourself your OWN approval.

This is a Catch-22 situation.

Without professional help the only way out for you is to take up a job and then study for a bank job at the same time. Without that I can guarantee you that you will not pass that exam because you will never get over your depression and laziness to study for it.

You lack motivation and that comes from you lack of self esteem and self belief. That is what you need to address first.

1. Get out of your abusive and bullying home environment.
2. Earn some money and live independently and regain self esteem.
3. Work to improve your life style and study and give your bank exam.

There is no easy way out, and that is what you are seeking.

False Pride is a dangerous thing for someone in your position. It will only alienate you further.

You probably want to fail. Self Loathing is one of the traits to be expected. You are in a Chakravyuh, break out or die.

Transporting you to an ethereal place, the Pangong Lake is located in Ladakh. This is a place where unblemished azure water is fringed by rugged mountains while cotton candy clouds float above. Feel the serenity and magic envelope you!

beautiful !!

this reminds me of a indian tv ad ( or was it in the film "3 idiots"?? ) where someone steps of a boat that has landed on the shore of a ladakhi lake !! boat transport on a isolated lake in the high himalayas !!

4. Living Root Bridges, Meghalaya

What seems to appear straight out of a fantasy movie, the Living Root Bridges have to be seen to be believed! Some of these roots are more than hundred feet long and are strong enough to carry the weight of fifty people at one time. Located in Meghalaya, they are part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

i have seen this photo before... it looks like something from the one "lord of the rings" film i have seen... a fantasy but real.

17. Khajjiar, Himachal Pradesh

This beautiful place bears a very striking resemblance to Switzerland’s topography, the well-known romanticizing location. Khajjar is located at the foot of Dhauladkar, in the lap of Himalayas and is 2000 meters above sea level.

the tree types reminded me of pictures of the siberian forests...

Become one with nature and experience serenity with the Roopkund Trek, Himalayas. This trail provides an all-encompassing experience and visions of snow, ice, gushing streams, untouched forests, delightful stretches of meadows and scenic camping places. Need we say more?

is that a volcanic hot spring lake??

19. Wagah Border

Get a feel of patriotism and nationality at a younger age. Head to Wagah Border which is on the only crossing road border of Punjab and Pakistan. Celebrate along with thousands the extravagant ceremony that occurs here every day before the sun sets.

unless i use this place if i ever travel to pakistan, this place would be most unpleasant for me because of that ceremony at the gate... all nationalist vulgarity that.

India is a beautiful country !

if you venture into most indian villages, towns and cities, you will say the opposite.

:smitten::smitten:thank you for tagging me!
:p:I want to travel in India but I should have a local Indian friend firstly.....
(^-^)/Kaul,pagoda...

i would be most delighted to be your guide in india and open you to the world of milk tea ( ), but can't say so openly on this particular page where i live because there are a few anti-socialist anti-muslim indian members here who are just waiting to :butcher: me. :D

I spend 365 days a year at home . Once a week , I play Cricket with kids on the road near my house .
I have gone to Cinema Hall only 3 times and the movies were Vah Life ho to aise , Karate Kid and Wolverine 2 .

5 years ago , only for 4 months I was away from home doing B tech in Haryana ( Swami Devi Dayal )

No driver license , No adhaar Card , Rs 2000 in my ATM :(

Internet has been my life support :enjoy:

don't go by what mamsalaphala is telling you.

to have a good social life, committed friends ( rare to find in india ) and contribution to society and spiritual comfort...

1. join a progressive political movement, either aap or the socialists ( cpi-ml, cpi-m etc )... that's a ready-made group of sensible people who like to talk a lot. :D

2. arrange tea parties or just get friends you make to go to a good tea house and talk about everything for two or three hours over two or more cups of tea.

3. drama theatre perhaps.

4. adopt a cat, or rather let a cat adopt you... better, there should be two kittens because you should make it good for them too... i must warn however that caring for cats will be most difficult in modern india.

simple and natural, eh??

Havelock Island is one of the largest islands of Andaman and Nicobar, spread across an area of about 113.93 square kilometers. A trip here is riveting, with its lush greenery and azure waters. There are quite a few fantastic diving and snorkelling sites in Havelock, which make it a great place for avid divers.

20. Indian Ghost Town of Bhangarh, Rajasthan
bfci6.jpg

The Indian Ghost Town of Bhangarh, Rajasthan is one of the scariest places in India to visit, in addition to being one of the most abandoned places in India. However, this tag has not perturbed visitors from making frequent trips to this ghost town.

Located near a famous forest in the area, this town is now slowly luring visitors from around the area, and country, to visit it. However, it should be noted that if you decide to visit the town after sunset, you will be not be allowed. In fact, there is a strict warning that it is out of bounds after the sun sets.

Excellent pictures. Truly reflects the diversity of the landscapes that India has and offers.

I totally agree. India and Pakistan should do away with this Wagah ceremony nonsense.
