Beijing's ruthlessness in destroying all evidence of opposition is hardly a position to claim everything is alright, especially for thing that happened in the past. Saying that you're in Beijing now and there is no trouble is like saying there won't be any trouble in Kashmir in 200 years, once we 'cleanse' the Kashmiris.

No, I'm not in Kashmir. But since my country is involved, I have a say. It may be legally disputed, but my country's position is obvious and so is mine. If you wanna make this about our personal proximity to conflict zones, we can talk about Tibet, Hong Kong or Xinjiang in another thread.

India has legitimate and legal rights as per King of Kashmir accession to India.

Yaar, when states were being given to Pakistan and India before Independence, Muslim states were being given to Pakistan. Kashmir wasn’t given to Pakistan althought it was Majority Muslim population. The ruler of Kashmir was Hindu himself and signed to India as India was the region with Hindu majority population. When Hari Singh realised that he should’ve signed to Pakistan, he started killing Muslims in Kashmir to make the Hindu population in Kashmir rise. Pakistan had to ‘invade kashmir’ as it was a state made to defend the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent.

First of all, even your state denies your account. Pakistan maintains that some tribals invaded Kashmir, not the army. Second Kashmir was princely state. It wasn't for anyone to give to India or Pakistan. The laws of partition didn't apply to Kashmir.
