regardless if they decided to stay or were forced to stay. their killing is unjustified and shows the reality of Bombing on Yemen.

It was not a deliberate act but a mistake which happens in any war conflict. They should not have been there in the first place but they were smuggling. It would be unjustified if there was intent knowing they were present but it looks like collateral damage however unfortunate.
