Since 1st December 2020 we have lost around 30 soldiers while killing around roughly the same or even less (definitely less)

95% of fatalities are in 2-3 divisions of Pakistan. Unlike General Kiyani era when TTP was practically ruling the whole of FATA. This should have lesser deaths for Pakistani military which definitely isn't the case. Our military planners should have been working on this but clearly they aren't

all lot of attacks and casualties inflicted today are from cross border attack ....ttp /ISIS would hole up on tye ridgeline across the fence and lay down suppressive fire with lmg followed by sniper attack....

ZAB or Khyber 1 cant be compared to what we are experiencing today. in ZAB you had evacuated every civilian after thorough checks- whoever remained was treated hostile...ROEs were different as compared to today.
with civilians around you one cant go gun blazing inside a compound where Ts have holed up....

I agree with you. Some people do not underatand that this leads to degredation of morale and depletion of resources and not to mention economic costs.
I will keep on saying we need what russia has as fsb or iran has as irgc, an internal corps of troops with a huge intelligence wing (may be fia can be merged with it).

From univ campuses to sanition departments they must have a presence so all allies of terrorists within can be neutralized.

Russia has even placed its border troops under the fsb so real time intellignce is gathered and action is performed promptly with adequate resources without the need of regular troops.
