May be it was to awake the "Political party of Bangladesh" to be on the correct side

However , was not aware that Bangladesh got Earth quakes I am more used to hearing about floods and water problems

unfortunately i failed to feel the quake . when i woke up at ~5.12am door of my room ws shaking i thought someone one probably my father knocked the door for morning prayer i woke up but didn't saw anyone and went back to bed . i was hearing people sound in the stair but didn't bother when i hear actually many people even in the street i woke up again to know what happened and found in fact i woke up at unusual time in cold due to jolt of quake .

No , for foreign nationals ,a visa is all that needed to visit all states of north east except nagaland ,arunachal some part of sikkim (and mizoram not sure though).
