Basically a form of "Dund" as practiced in sub-continent from time immemorial. Many variation are still extent, for example, depicted one in video may be termed as "Bal Dand" (wrestler is using two bricks as Bal) and others include Sada Dand, Ultay Dand, Chaker Dand, Ukharay Kay Dand, Nag Dand, etc. etc.
that aint no push up, but still doing 2503 of those is no walk in the park. This ia some style of desi push up or 'dund' as some one mentioned above. i think ive also seen yogis perform such pushups.
