Nah, that's reading too much into it, he looked pretty miserable at the commissioning of INS Kamorta also. Maybe the pressures of holding too important ministries is weighing on him?

I hope we can go for a modified enlarged version of this sub fitted with AIP and 2 boats to be built in France and the rest in India which will help with the time delay.
