Let be honest , I expected a lot more from Turkey defense industry ,your defense industry have some world class products but if you wanted it for CAS at least made it a two engine another question aside from endurance what other benefit that design offer ?Can it defend itself if for example the airplane faces an AH-64 ? how it fare against Manpads ,usually a ypical CAS airplanes like SU-25 and A-10 can endure such punishment

I can understand Hürkuş-B for training your pilots but adding some weapon to it and use it for CAS in Hürkuş-C is endangering the life of your pilots don't forget according to TAI your Airforce is supposed to use the airplane for the next 35 years .


your drones are a lot cheaper and they won't endanger the life of your pilots also they have the option of using smaller bombs to reduce the collateral damage to civilians as the terrorist tend to mingle with civilians that is a must have in fighting them

Looking good. Here is the goal for integration of weapons on Hurkus C. With these weapons Hurkus can be very deadly low cost CAS/COIN fighter. I don't have information about the altitude performance of Hurkus but if enough it could have the capability of dropping KGK 82 Wing Guidance Kit with maximum range of 110km and such capability for such an aircraft is a good option to have.
