Operation Python - The Indo-Pakistan War of 1971, the Indian Navy Western Fleet returns to Karachi to finish off the oil storage depots that were hit during Operation Trident. Later, Pakistani submarine PNS Hangor fights back against the Indian Navy.
 
This one is pretty badly researched. INS Talwar did not have surface to surface missiles. I also doubt the strike group got that close to Karachi in real life. The IAF's attack direction also seems odd.

I am surprised they are sinking British and Panamanian merchant vessels
