Since you are willfully ignoring here is something for your ignorant mind.

After the war some Bihari traitors were killed by Mukti Bahini, I know that. They were helping Pakistani army against the locals. But that does not come close to large number of innocent young women being held as sex slaves and mass rapes all over the country. I would not have so shocked if the army/the institution/the system just have killed them instead of torturing them for months.

This is the worst crime. But never punished.

Especially for the Indians, since you attach so much importance to Personal testemants, interviews of persons. Here is the other side of stories. Lets see how you accept this bitter reality. 100's of personal accounts of Biharis who suffered Mukti Bahini Atrocities. Read this entire document and than debate with us

http://pakdefenceunit.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/blood-and-tears.pdf

Such a detailed account - for those that have an aversion to factual case by case diction, I would like to point out that it documents atrocities upon atrocities, and many cases providing verifiable sources not a lame duck exaggerated number of 100 rapes a day or 100 abortions a day (which would point to even more rapes than 100 a day, Fateh).

The book documents, shoot outs, beheadings, rapes and much more that is left to the reader.

If there are 100 accounts of biharis faced bengali atrocities, there are more than 1+ million accounts of bengalis facing bihari atrocities

Who started first? Mukti Bahini in March 1971 or Pak Army? No body denies the atrocities. But putting blame on PA and declaring you and indians is one fat lame joke.

The book documents entire towns that were ruled by Indian and MB forces. They formed small fiefdoms where their nefarious acts were carried out.

Why so? Even they have a hard time buying the stink being sold so passionately for obvious political agendas by Indians.

That is good for them. I hope you guys become even friendlier in future. All the best.

However, I'm talking about justice for the rape victims here.

Why are Indians always more passionate about these so called war crimes than are Bangladeshis? I'll tell you why, they know present day Pakistanis have had nothing to do with them, old-gen are dead and many of the stories are made up.

Sure most of the present day Pakistanis have nothing to do with this. But does it matter?

...and obviously the accused are dead now. What do you suppose will happen when you shy away from taking any action against your own Generals.

You can't seriously expect them to say to God, "Dear God, please don't kill me as yet because I'm still waiting for my countryment to put me through a trial for war-crimes."

That's a WTF moment, Asim.

Obviously you failed to act for whatever reasons and those people perished of old-age. Law of nature.

But does that absolve you of YOUR failure to punish them when you had time? NO! It doesn't and it never will.

You'll always have to face this when you accuse others of human rights violations with a straight face.

All right! You missed the bus. You didn't punish your war-criminals, not even one.

So did we. Big deal?

We can play this game all along and I promise you that we'll keep playing this game because it's a stick we can beat you with in front of the entire world.

Just like you beat us on Kashmir with anything you've got.

Are you seriously telling me you don't find some degree of satisfaction playing up this wild-card just for the sake of playing it up now that you know no war-trials can be done, nobody can be pulled from the dead and that apology has also happened, can you say with a straight face that Indians don't have any nefarious ulterior motives of being more holier than the pope on this issue?

Do I explicitly have to tell you this? Of course I do, man. Who wouldn't?

You Fkd up and gave us an opportunity to question your commitments to human right violations in others' terrirotories when you couldn't even handle your own.

So we're even on human rights violation. We're square.

We were talking about hypocrisy, yeah?

Of course. You fail to punish your war criminals, and now you can't because obviously they are all dead of old-age, but you seize, without fail, every opporunity to beat me with the stick of human rights violations in Kashmir.

...Do you have a better adjective to describe this behaviour other than hypocrisy?

Go write all these suggestions in a letter and emailed it to Bangladeshi Government.

Very sad and sick stories .... Bangalies should have slaughtered all soldiers who have surrendered , they didnt derserve to live as they were rapists and they were cowards as well

Why don't you just keep quite and let the adults talk, kid?

Go clean up your mess in Kashmir first then talk with Adults. And yeah i hope this time you dont get banned because of your childish mentality. which is prrof of who is adult and who is child while debating

Because illetrate child you like to bring Dr.Shakil argument. ignoring other side of story, constantly discussing same thing when you are told to read other side of stories. witten by an Indian of course.

Shows your maturity and mental Level.

Thanks for showing me how old you are.

Fear of getting banned on an obscure internet website might be enough to keep you from speaking your mind, I, though, have moved far beyond such trappings.

Now if you'll please excuse me...

When he posted one of the most strongest and well researched book, quoting incident by incident and for each incident several sources, claims and verifiable facts - how a debate should go on - then he doesn't really come off as a kid then.

Surely, doesn't come across as one to me. Not with the childish emotions.

Let's just get back to where we were, shall we?

Asim Please I strongly suggest to clean up the thread and delete All wikipedia and rape claims where they just point the number and haven't documented rape victim like In Blood and Tear and Like Oxford Researcher SHarmila Bose documented incidents in his Book
