No, we don’t have any such agreement, and the probable reason is, we are still not decided who is our real friend, the Chinese or the Americans/British. China has never been our first priority; we seek Chinese help only after we are rejected by the Americans/British/Europeans. If we were not denied of the F-16s back in 90s, and if the M2K were not prohibitively expensive, do you think we were ever going to get into the JF-17 business? Chinese are also well aware of this fact, and even for them, we are not trustworthy.Do we have that kind of agreement today?
