According to survey in 2015,Chinese family per capita construction area is 50 square meters.Increased by 5.71% to 2013.

I can't speak for everyone, every districts, but I did find renting out houses/apartments in Shanghai Hongqiao district (Gubei in particular) a good investment. Another district is Pudong.

Just see, my friend ... coz China is a big export economy nation, most new money from export i just knew 2015~2016 it's a long winter for our export / manufacturing companies (coz a long winter for world economy incoming ! ).

If every household with one child marry into another family with one child then automatically you will be inheriting two houses. Pretty soon you will have too many empty houses. Thank god they scrapped the one child policy.

The empty house also is the fixed property for Chinese family, it's money.
