I think it's Lunda Sar Lake. I've never been there but I've heard it's up the pass before the one to Chitta Katha Lake, so that would make it North-East from Kel, up in the Shountar Valley.

Hello.

You should still see snow there at the start of April, especially in Shardah, Kel and Arang Kel. Snows only start melting after March, usually. Even if you don't it's still going to be cold, especially if the Sun's being moody. I mean, even in the middle of Summer, you often need jackets during the day, while the nights are genuinely cold, in northern Neelum. But worry not, if covered properly, it should be mostly enjoyably cold in April, i.e. skiing weather. So pack warm clothes, winter/down jackets, gloves, toques, etc.

The temps can range from low positives to around -8 C, depending on the weather and the time of day. It's the windchill with the humidity that gets you.
