18 new planes, new routes planned for PIA

It needs rebranding, the name 'PIA' has badly tarnished.

I don’t think renaming it Naya Pakistan Airline will solve the problem.

It wasnt PIA's choice, they were banned my the states. No direct flights from pakistan can land in the US. Which is extremely stupid but we had a spineless government at the time. Someone should bring this up to the new government.

I'm hearing rumors that PIA may restart flights to USA. IK peace initiatives with Taliban, crackdown on JEM and releasing of Abhi is changing perceptions in the States. Carrots are being offered behind the scenes by the USA....

Shame our National Airline PIA stopped flying to the States and JFK in 2017 service was so bad most Pakistanis prefer traveling on the Gulf Carriers one of my friends dad in HS lost his job at JFK since PIA ended operations they were talks to codeshare with Turkish Airlines in like 2012 and 2013 have PIA fly to Istanbul then Turkish would fly to JFK and I am pissed the Gangoos have more options to fly to their homeland Jet Airways,Air India and the other Indian carriers fly to all area airports here in NY both JFK and Newark Liberty and worse part they fly to all major cities and airports here DFW,Houston-Bush, O-Hare and SFO more tourism dollars for Gangoo sigh @Ahmet Pasha @Indus Pakistan @Pan-Islamic-Pakistan @Pakhtoon yum

The word PIA was a brand in 70 and 80's. We don't need to change it but make it glorify again
