We all know who they are targeting.

For credit card scams and frauds, they are catching Chinese as this thread and many others proves it.. You are caught in Sri Lanka, Australia for credit card scams and US for Nuclear secret theft..

In all, it's a scary situation.. Isn't it? The racial crimes that you are trying so hard talking about were blown out of proportion by Indian media..
