I am talking about rural areas...it is hub of underage bride trafficking and many arabs go there to get under age brides..

Well I lived there for 5 years. nothing that I am aware of such culture or ever heard by anyone.If you go out of city it's basically Muslim dominated area & you can see people following Arabian culture.
