my problem is that these threads are used as an excuse and free pass to dish dirt at religion.

the terrorists are killing people in the mosques as well and blowing up shrines of Muslims saints why you think they will think twice before doing something similar or worse to those who are not even Muslims? why people should just flame and troll over it?

see my posts on supporting Hindu sentiments and their religious sensitivities .. I have a very small threshold of patience with people who use tragedies as a right to insult others.

I normally stay away from religious discussions...and even if I engage..I engage to learn. These are special breed of brainwashed zombies, you are as much of a wajib ul qatl as I am for these people.

As for the thread...I could just imagine how big of an international incident it would have been if the terrorists were not islamists and the victims were killed because they belonged to a certain religion....while this just goes unnoticed as routine.

I agree. 5 to 10 % of muslims should not get a bad name because of the mindset of 85 to 90% of followers who are extremists. No one should generalise it.

Anyway the best way to get rid of this evil is to get to the rooot of it i.e how they get radicalised mainly in mosques by some extremists Imams/clerics, religious leaders. As far as govenments dont supervise/get control of this religious place of worships and clamp down on their use of social media/internet to spread their jihadi messages then we will barely be cutting the branches by killing the militants/bombers who carry out this act while the real/big bosses remain calmly and continue to spread by their evil ideologies. So best to get to the root of this. PREVENTION IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN CURE.
