He's a fourteen-year-old kid brainwashed by bastards hiding in Afghanistan and often funded by India. Hopefully, he can be successfully de-radicalised in one of the Army's centers.

Our problem is that we haven't demonstrated the balls and/or capability to hit the source.

Imagine a factory that is churning out an endless supply of grunts (suicide bombers and other types of terrorist attackers) --- we are killing the grunts, and are working so hard at it, but don't have a strategy to deal with the factory itself (which is in another sovereign country and is being funded by yet another country, etc.).
