I have been to China and even there the thumbs up sign means good or all okay. And the Chinese will never be raising a thumb up on hearing of an unfortunate accident or act of sabotage or terrorism. It is very much against the normal Chinese culture. May be your employer the Communist party is happy with these things but the normal Chinese people do not raise thumbs on accidents.

So that clearly means that you are not a chinese even. Now stop posing as a Chinese and take your 50 cent employment from the Chinese Communist party to another thread.

Indian railways has a poor safety record

An express train has derailed in the eastern Indian state of Bihar, but no casualties have been reported, police officials said.

Fifteen coaches of the Rajdhani Express travelling between the capital, Delhi, and the city of Guwahati came off the rails in Katihar district.

Officials said train services on this busy route had been disrupted after the incident early on Tuesday.

They said it was not clear what caused the derailment of the train.

Last November, eight coaches of a passenger train in the eastern state of Jharkhand derailed after Maoist rebels blew up a portion of the railway track.

The Indian railway system carries millions of people daily, but has a poor safety record.

NO... it does not mean so when the thumbs up is next to an article on a train accident. It just means that the person doing so is in need of urgent medical attention as much as the victims of that train accident.
