There was gujarat riot too and after gujarat riot Indian voters elected Modi consecutive two times. And they will keep voting him again. If not in the next term they will vote for him or for another BJP PM , then later again same as after gujarat riot they elected him. So after gujarat riot India is still united, it will remain united after Delhi riot too. India will only be torn apart if Hindus will suffer, not Muslims, it's very clear.

It's not realistic to consider Indian voters civilized and will reject savage BJP just because they didn't vote for BJP in few areas in bibhan sabha.

Dont confuse your self with india and western democracy. India is a country where 30 percent yes close to 400 million ppl dont know how to read or write. You expect proper british style democracy in third world 2000 per capita income country lol.

India will remain poor third world. Yes they might have some success here and there but thats pretty much it. If chaiwala cant fix economy by 2023 expect another mini war drama with Pakistan and maybe more nrc bla bla. Thats how he will win election again. He might bomb some forest in Pakistan and indian media will advertise it as great success. We all see the extent of lie and credibility issue with indian media last year feb.

The reality is, India was being united and made a single country by British for some reason. And the reason is if you have a large market you will be able to do good business. Like USA already signed contracts with India. 1.35 billion market is very beneficial for them. If India would be divided like Muslim nations, Western business would be harmed.

And Muslim countries were torn apart in the name of nationality and the reason is same. One or two large and United Muslim country is never be beneficial for them, as Muslims always have been their ( west) traditional rival, so break them into pieces if you can get business benefits.

So Indians will remain tamed as a single unit, but 1/2 big Muslim countries can't be tamed.

So yes India will never do very good and will remain poor ( despite it's huge population) because she (India)is actually a pawn of imperialism.

Bangladesh should be thankful to Allah that they were led by Quaid e Azam at that time and got rid of the Hindu binya..
Bangladesh never denied his works. Some insane hypocrites do only, not sane people.

I am from this region, I remember they rounded up villagers and put them on firing squad around Raiwind.

They used poison gas on civilians and poisoned water supply to the city.

Not a single Indian tank made it back however. Trenches kept them at bay and defenders strapped explosives to themselves and laid down under tanks. Women and children learned how to shoot guns from rooftops at parachutes soldiers.

It was a failed invasion. I remember the events of that part of our history clearly from elders.

I think you have wrong sources of information.

The tea from Lahore Gymkhana, which Indian promised to drink, become so cold.
Dude everything that doesn’t favor Pakistan isn’t false. I agree with your points but this is where Pakistan suffered the most and military historians see this battle as something Pakistan lost at...thank god the ceasefire came because unnecessarily lives would have been lost at both sides.

So you are disputing the personal experiences of my family members and my friends' families who actually fought Indian forces? I lost several uncles in that war.

Instead of taking Wikipedia and Indian sources at face value, why not ask the Pakistanis who lived, fought, and overcame Indians on this front?

You can go to Wagah today and find destroyed Indian tanks and the trenches used to defeat them still there.

Pakistanis fought bravely and courageously in 1965 in this front, even with less troops and supplies, we overcame Indians. Irregulars were recruited from all around Central Punjab to fight on that front and proudly gave their lives for Pakistan.

I lost family in that war too, I’m not disputing your families experience but I’m sure they didn’t have a broad perspective on overall war...

I do not read Indian sources for reasons unworthy of being mentioned

all I’m saying is I would rather read internationally verified accounts than either of the two sides for obvious reasons

Do not please twist the pre-partition history. It was the Muslims of Bengal and Bihar who initiated the Pakistan Movement. Nawab Salimullah of Dhaka took initiative with many other Muslim leaders from all over India and formed the All-India Muslim League in Dhaka in 1906 for the benefit of Muslims all over India including today's Pakistan.

Well, the Pakistan movement was always there. The resistance was always there and different leaders did their part. But the most notable leader in this resistance movement was Sir syed ahmed khan, and then the intensity was up by others also(including the one u mentioned). But the one who really shaped it into a substantial force and made it work was Quaid e Azam and Allama Iqbal,.. Without these leaders this resistance would had died without any outcome. U should be thankful to GOD that u had Quaid-e-Azam and not mujeeb ur rehman,. Mujeeb has already sold half of ur freedom, and u guys are no more than a sister state of India. I know this may hurt u but if u think rationally, u won't find my words that much hurting. thanks

Do not talk ill of Mujib. He stopped BD from being colonized by the now Pakistan. We have a foreign exchange reserve of more than $32 billion, thanks to Mujib. Now we are developing because no one cheats us of our money.

He mentioned reserves as during 1947-1971, Pakistan helped itself to all of BD's export earnings and so it started of in 1971 with zero reserves.
Now BD is growing at 8% a year as it has access to all it's resources.
BD knows that it is the most superior country in the whole of S Asia and as this decade passes this will be reflected in reality.

The so-called "2019 Report on International Religious Freedom" did not mention India when it had more religious violence than Pakistan and they mentioned Pakistan in the report. The US State Department has yet to comment on anti-Muslim riots and pograms in India.
