OPEC is a pain in the @$$ only because you Americans pamper it so much. You have such strong influence that you can regulate the prices but you don't bring it down.

Americans Pay $10/Brl to Arabian dictators plus all oil sales are deposited in American banks so the higher the price you and i pay more they take in so why would they bring it down for the rest of us.
