I'm watching it now and they saying it's injured US troops. Of course we have to wait to confirm, but as of yet now US troops killed.

It depends on the nature of the injuries, I suppose.

The calculation in some quarters might be that perhaps USA will see the value of Pakistani support at this critical time, It may or may not be accurate.

The video is horrible. Most of the deceased are Afghans who were waiting for evacuation. The US troops were at least 20 feet away which might have made the difference.
Among the deaths are Taliban security, three I believe.
