I pray that the remove the covers for:

1- The Gandhis
2- Tarun Gogoi
3- Akhileshullah
4- Mayawati
5- Momta

These are the worst that has happened to Indian politics.

Think about it. Who the hell would want to snuff Pappu?

And who is threatening them? Khali-stanis? They are long dead. Except for MMS and Montek, no other Sikh is allowed near Gandhis. LeT? Why will they kill those who love them (let's face it Chidu meeting Zaeef was not really enmity)? RSS? not in hell considering that they were never involved in any killings at all as falsely alleged by Congress for so many years.

Using this loophole, any bloody corrupt politician with family relations to any PM can do anything in the future.

Have you heard of even ONE public threat that Gandhis face? Never.

I have often wondered why these gents need security.

What ground breaking deeds have they done that they need protection ?

Why should for instance Lalu or Kalmadi be given any protection ? If they feel insecure they should hire personal guards , why should the taxpayer pay to keep them alive.

In any case the earth will not stop revolving if they die - some other corrupt politician will take their place.

Our leaders are ripping us off by staying alive & we pay to keep them alive.

Arre bhai, that's nothing! Are you aware that the biggest anti India separatist extremist called Geelani of the Hurriyat Conference has been provided 24x7 security by the state? Unbelievable but true. This my friend is our great nation called Bharat!

But most of all

If a Gandhi is assassinated, the country will have a huge sympathy wave and will vote in Congress again next term. Now, for all our sakes, we need to make sure that this does not happen.

So I say for the Greater Good, the Gandhis should still have cover. Let Modi complete his 2 terms, then it can be removed..that is because in those 2 terms, Modi will have changed India fundamentally.

Then give them Z+ security- if it's good enough for the incumbent PM's immediate family (said to be the most threatened Indian PM in India's history) then it is good enough for the Gandhis. I'm quite certain the NSG can keep the Gandhis safe as they have done for Modi in the past 12 years.The drain on the SPG's resources that providing cover to tho one family is immense and would be much better provisioned to the current PM of India the person who actually holds an official position in the GoI.

Providing SPG cover to the Gandhis now is simply unjustifiable.


I'm not saying strip them of all cover completely- the IB will conduct a threat assessment as they do for all public figures and designate a security cover status accordingly- X,Y,Z, Z+ and the relevant security that goes with that.
