US never locked down any cities or states to try to contain H1N1. They just let it spread.

He shamelessly keeps repeating over and over a narrative about the US should be blamed/apologize for H1N1 even though Mexico was the source. He's hoping if he repeats it enough here it will "stick". That CDC page he (and I bet millions of other Chinese) quotes is unfortunately ambiguously worded in such a way that to an outsider without context it looks like the US is the source.

People like you who brainwash have trouble to understand that China had to detect that there was a new virus around which is quite difficult to detect since other diseases can cause the same symptoms(This is around end of December A doctor did a excellent job to found it and reported to CDC), finding out a way to detect the disease to see how many people had it (CDC confirm and report to WHO, and produce first test kit around Jan 7th), finding out how dangerous/contagious it was and then taking measures.(Take two week to mess produce test kit and test people to find out, it take 14 day for people to show syndrome ).

China use 10 day to analyze virus and come up test kit. Use two weeks to test the population and conclude it a dangerous/contagious. Then the lock down. Your government will wish they can have half of the performance that China have.

On the other hand, as right now with Report from China,Italy,Korea and Iran. U.S still in the denial mod with no working test kit and only test less than two thousand people so far.

It is good to see the hardship the doctors, nurses, volunteers, and the chinese central government that worked together and went through have finally paid off. Once the central government was informed of this serious virous, it took quick, drastic and unprecedented measures to stop the virus. To this date, some other countries and governments are still not taking this virus seriously.
