I think Pakistan should now become active in the insurgencies in India like they are doing in Pak. Modi and Doval dont understand any other language. Enough is enough. India took full advantage of the fact that Pak was busy in WoT and ZeA and did their best to disturb Pakistan internally. I think now it's time to go on the offensive instead of being on the defensive.

That's because Pakistan was on the defensive till now. New COAS clearly seems to be the guy who doesn't much like this status quo. We should be seeing things change soon.
