100 push ups a day

I am although getting good chest but my belly is coming out too..anything for that??and ya..quickest way to gain more height :) ??

i faced this problem initially when i started gym...so i might help you here...take your bely as an indicator to the level of fat you are having.

when you work out..whats most inportant is diet..many experst say, have everything..but this gives you a good mass but abdomen shape becomes weird.

Best is control the diet...no fatty stuff ..but high protein food. if you are already doing that, then it meansyou hsould start cardio vascular exercise along with weight lifts..like running extra kms or walking long distances..anything that suits you. hope it helps...it helped me getting huge but better looking upper body.

Generally for men the belly (and in that too the lower belly) is the last to go and the first to put on weight.

Killing the belly requires dieting - in most cases no amount of exercising, ab crunches or anything will reduce belly fat. You should still do it! You'll notice a significant improvement in shape with ab exercises but the fat would only go if you control your caloric intake.

Generally you need to create a caloric deficit (Burn/use more calories than you consume).

lately (about a month now) i have this craze about bulking some mass and to get in good shape i have given up smoking. Its been a week now since i have not smoked but here is a problem.. Is it because of 2-3 eggs intake per day or the urge of smoking that is giving me this heart burns?
It shouldn't be eggs, but I won't discount the smoking all sorts of weird withdrawal symptoms exist, oh and btw, congrats on that - I hope you're going cold turkey and not some gradual reduction method. On matters of cutting down cravings and temptations a big bang approach is needed.

From what I know, heart burns can have many reasons. 2-3 eggs is a significant amount of food and if its a sudden change, without allowing your body to cope up to it, any sort of over-eating can cause acid reflux (basically pushing your stomach's naturally produced acids back up the esophagus (your food channel).

Build into it and make sure you don't replace your nicotine cravings by helping of sugars. If you feel hungry, eat more protein related foods (chicken and fish). If you feel the urge for going for a cigarette do some cardio (running, eliptical, or especially if you want to try something different, do the burpees - youtube it). Your body would release all those funky feel good chemicals, like serotonin, into your bloody that would keep you off the nicotine.

yess.. do a lot of crunches... though don't over do.. concentrate on rest of the body more still.. when you grow in overall size.. your belly will begin to take shape providing you keep a healthy dose of crunches and other exercises to work the abs..

and ya..quickest way to gain more height :) ??

i don't know really loll.. has a lot to do with genes i think.. i know that lifting weights at a young age may stop your growth but i don't know how to increase height or if thats possible.. :confused:

Someone recommended me the easiest way to gain weight "not fat" is to consume raw eggs and of course exercise. Does that have any side effects?

No yaar, about an year back I jumped onto the fitness band wagon and education is equally as important to the hard work on the iron. You need to understand how your body loses weight, gains muscle...

Diet is 70% of any workout program so I just keep reading up on these things, you should too if you really want to keep going in the long run.

Don't do raw eggs. That is an unees sau derr ka formula. One very very big problem with raw eggs is the disease salmonella, which may be in the murghi that produced the egg. Normally heat easily kills salmonella and so there is no problem with cooked eggs.

Heat also reduces the protein from the eggs thats why crazy body builders like this raw eggs thing. But the amount of protein cooking the egg reduces is not worth taking the risk of getting a disease like salmonella.

Try to get yourself acquired onto the egg white omlette. Its the best to lose weight and build muscle. It takes a little getting used to. Also learn to do some basic cooking yourself, this way you won't be dependent on amma or begum for your special diet food.

Usually expecting that ghar walay would change their lifestyle around you is a bad idea so do the cooking on your own.

Don't just go for increasing weight - pehlwaan toh nahi banna na? Just keep focusing on building muscle, the mirror will tell you your progress better than the scale. People usually think that thin people have it better while turning to the gym but they have the same problem, fat guys have been carrying themselves around for so long they easily adapt to at least the weight lifting part of gym.

Basic thing is go for intensity. Once you can lift and do 2-3 sets with an amount of weight start looking to increase 5-10 kgs. Also don't exercise one muscle on consecutive days. When I was starting out, I did half body daily alternating between them. Rest is very important to building your muscle. When you lift weights, your muscle develops tiny tears, which are then filled up (or built up) by proteins.

you will grow till 21 and start hanging..

an indian in orkut told me to start hanging i started it in march/april 2010..and an inch height is increased bt also age matter i am 17..

Play a ton of Basketball...Thats what works in my family...

Oh and if you're below 18, Milk is your best friend especially since Calcium is essential for the bone development and will help you grow in height...

But do remember that genes play a very important part in determining height....one can only try to improve their chances of increasing height....but cannot control it unlike the rest of ones physique

Im fairly new to this field and my research is quite limited. Correct me if i am wrong but doesn't a boiled egg has more protein then fried egg? And much should depend on quality of eggs.. Iam sure british farm eggs are purified or something and should be free of any disease.

The key element to gaining muscle mass is to lift more weight and less sets? No, I dont want to be a hulk but just want to gain good 30 pounds and maintain my weight at 75kg.
